Why I started Turn a New Page Coaching
Back when I was starting my career, I met a coach who changed my life. She not only believed in me but also opened doors to new possibilities I hadn’t ever dreamed of. This coach challenged me to think in ways that blew my mind, and it completely transformed how I saw things. It was in that moment that I discovered my calling: to help others in the same way so I could help make the world a better place.
Today, the most rewarding part of coaching for me is the "aha" moment—the instant of connection when something clicks and my client's perspective is forever transformed. That subtle shift is huge and seeing the enormous smile on their face when they realize they now hold the keys to moving forward? That’s why I love being a coach and it’s why I can’t wait to guide you on your own journey.
How I became a Leadership & Mindset coach
Inspired by my personal mission of making the working world a better place, I completed my coaching certification program with Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). During my certification, I launched Turn a New Page Coaching so I could empower today’s leaders to overcome the things holding them back from a truly joyful and satisfying work and personal life.
I chose training with IPEC so I could leverage its gold-standard and rigorous Core Energy coaching process and Energy Leadership Development System. These systems provide you with the most effective and impactful coaching experience possible.
I am a continuous learner who is always looking to expand my knowledge so I can optimize the service I provide to my clients. I do not stagnate. Following my certification, I have continued pursuing additional coaching credentials and continued developing my coaching toolkit.

Core Energy Coaching
As an IPEC core energy coach, I use a proven methods to elevate leadership, helping you to recognize how your thoughts and beliefs may support you, and may limit you. We work first from within to identify what drives you, your challenges and the blocks getting in the way of your success - your energy drains. These include any limiting perspectives, self-defeating thoughts, and outdated beliefs. We then shift these inner blocks to cultivate new perspectives and more helpful beliefs that ensure sustained success aligned with your values and goals.

As an Organizational Psychologist, I bring deep psychological knowledge, including motivation theories, leadership identity, relational energy at work, coaching best practices and adult learning theories, into my coaching.
