Group coaching and assessments
My cohort-based group coaching program, brings together groups of leaders (usually 4-12) for regular group coaching conversations, grounded in the challenges typically experienced by leaders. The group works together in overcoming similar challenges to achieve their goals.
The group begins the process by aligning on priorities. Then, weekly coaching sessions are held centered on those priorities. One at a time, a leader experiences short laser-like one-on-one coaching, in front of other group members. Leaders are also prompted to share their leadership experiences with each other learn from each other and find solutions together, prompting peer-to-peer learning.
Together, we identify desired changes, support their implementation and maintain those changes, empowering you to tap into your full potential.
